The hotel Kvarner Palace is committed to making its website https://www.kvarnerpalace.info/en/ accessible in accordance with the Austrian Accessibility Act (BaFG), as amended, transposing the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services.
The requirements set out in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) have been followed as far as possible.

To further improve digital accessibility, our website uses an accessibility tool that is directly accessible from the homepage. Among other things, this tool offers the following functions:

- Simplified navigation

The tool has been designed to be accessible and aims to make it easier for people with a range of different needs to use our website.
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
1. Non-compliance with accessibility requirements
PDF documents that are currently not yet accessible are available for download on the website.
2. Disproportionate burden
For economic and organisational reasons, it is currently not possible to make all older PDF and Office documents fully accessible. We are, however, continually working on solutions to improve accessibility.
3. Outside the scope of the applicable legislation
The website contains older documents and content published before 28 June 2025. These are exempt from the scope of the Austrian Accessibility Act.
4. Third-party content
The website contains content from third-party providers (e.g. embedded widgets, maps, booking systems) that has not been developed, funded or controlled by Kvarner Palace. Accordingly, no statement can be made regarding the accessibility of this content. It is also exempt from the scope of the Austrian Accessibility Act.
