The “Red Salon” is a refined, intimate room with wood-panelled walls and high ceilings – ideal for enjoying a peaceful, distinguished setting at breakfast or dinner. With its blend of historic character and relaxed elegance, the Red Salon is a popular and much-loved retreat.
The Arcade Salon is Kvarner Palace’s light-filled winter garden – an elegant setting for breakfast and dinner with sweeping views over the Kvarner Gulf. As the weather warms, the doors open onto the Imperial Terraces: the finest spot for dining under the open sky. From April, this is the perfect place to enjoy warm evenings, sea views and spectacular sunsets.
The Trattoria and Grill by the Pool is located right alongside the garden pool. Open daily in summer from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (spring and autumn 11.00 am – 6.00 pm), we serve light Mediterranean dishes, fresh fish from the Kvarner Gulf, crisp salads, pasta dishes, seasonal specialities such as porcini mushrooms or truffles, as well as classics such as ćevapčići and calamari. There is also a selection of cool drinks, refreshing spritzes and ice creams.
The Palace Bar, with its panoramic loggia and viewing balcony, offers an incomparable outlook over the sea and the spectacular sunset. Enjoy aperitifs, digestifs, refreshing cocktails or a glass of wine – whether after dinner or as a prelude to the evening. The Palace Bar is open daily from 5.00 pm to 12.00 am.
In addition to the terrace, the Palace Bar’s “Blue Salon” creates a very special atmosphere. A grand piano takes pride of place here, and the salon’s concert evenings – from classical music to contemporary sounds – are truly unforgettable.
