The kitchen at Kvarner Palace draws on the finest local ingredients: fresh fish, mussels, calamari and scampi from the Kvarner Gulf; mature mountain cheese, beef, goat and lamb; and seasonal fruits such as strawberries, cherries, figs and persimmons from the surrounding hills and islands. And Croatian olive oil, which the Flos Olei guide ranks among the finest in the world.
